Obama to Halt Legal Proceedings at Gitmo

In its first day the Obama administration told military prosecutors to suspend all legal proceedings in Gitmo for the next 120-days. The justification for this was that they wanted to look into all of the cases.

I wonder if there are enough ex-prisoners and soon to be ex-prisoners that they would be able to file a class action lawsuit against the U.S. Military or Government.

According to the Washington Post:
"...[this] is a first step toward closing a detention facility and system of military trials that became a worldwide symbol of the Bush administration's war on terrorism and its unyielding attitude toward foreign and domestic critics."
