Mr. Randolph was taken to Mercy Hospital where he was prounced dead at 4:15 a.m. His passenger,whose name was not released and who was not wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in critical condition.
Mr. Ritz, who likewise was not been wearing a seatbelt, was taken to AGH in serious condition. Mr. Schell, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken to AGH with a minor injury, state police reported.
